Regional Sales Manager
The role:
Leading the regional sales team, applying deep knowledge in the sales process and motivating a successful team to exceed the organisational needs by:
- Managing the sales team responsible for the regional operation: motivates efficiency and best performance based on the KPIs, sales target, organisational and campaign's objectives
- Analysing and structuring the sales process to adequately respond to the customers’ needs
- Implementing high standards of work related to excellent final results
- Inspiring the processes of understanding the competitive environment in regard to the strategic plans and leading market position of the company
- Organizing and monitoring the sales process in regard to budget goals, sales growth and regional market share of the company in the region
- Sustaining effective relationship of trust company’s Clients within the respective region aiming an active long-term relationships
- Representing the company in compliance with its corporate culture and values
The person:
The ideal candidate will be strong-willed and charismatic person, with global and analytical mind, possessing outstanding communication skills and passion for customer satisfaction. She/he will also have:
- Proven successful experience in managing complex sales operations
- Analytical skills and ability to organize and improve sales processes
- Dedication to customer excellence and tailored approach to Client’s needs
- Leadership skills – strong ability to influence the sales team ambition for the best result
- Excellent technical skills – Excel and PowerPoint, experience with CRM will be an advantage
- Energy and drive for results
- Fluent English
