Business Planning and Financial Analysis Manager
The role:
Being a key person in the business and strategic planning support, reporting directly to the Financial Manager, you will have high impact on financial early warning systems for the Country and on meeting global corporate standards.
- Supporting FM role in the process of budgeting and forecasting
- Owning the process of final input in company tools(SAP/LTS) for yearly targets / forecasts; monthly and quarterly outlooks
- Supporting the FM role in the Revenue Recognition control by establishing andmaintaining the reports and controls for SiT
- Supporting the business by establishing procedures and practices to track the biggest company costs (A&P, G2N, Overheads).
- Acting as the holder of the Gross to Net Register
- Maintaining the BU line and brand P&Ls
- Liaising with the FM in the official Budget and Forecast submissions to Region and Sub-region
- Liaising with the FM in keeping track and meeting the Net Working Capital objectives monitors actuals and forecasts.
Key systems: Microsoft Dynamics Navision, LTS, SAP, Power BI
Key Interfaces: FМ, BU heads,Salesand Brand Managers
The person:
The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent analysing and communicating skills and will be able to cope under pressure and within tight deadlines. She/He will be result-orientated, ready to seek and find solutions. The person who will step in this entirely new role should demonstrate teamwork attitude and adequate implementation of corporate and regional reporting policies and also have:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in the field of finance or accounting or University degree in Economics/Finance
- Minimum three - five years of successful track record in finance or accounting
- Ability to understand and follow national and regional business practices in terms of financial reports and controlling procedures
- Experience with accruals, P&L detailed analysis, management reporting, purchasing process (control of PO, accrual, invoices).
- Very good level of English and superior Excel skills and excellent analytical skills
- Previous experience in a Senior Finance analytical/controlling role in the Pharmaceutical industry or FMCG is highly desired.
